At TRUE linkswear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your game, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label. A small return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund, while exchanges are always processed free of charge.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your unworn shoes or apparel in the original shoe box or shipping container, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
